MAS's Privacy Statement for U.S. Consumers lets you know how we handle personally identifiable information you share with MAS through MAS.com. Certainly such information may be derived from rental applications, at a rental events sponsored by MAS, walk in contacts, and/or inquiries from Real Estate brokerages firms. It also applies to information obtained from the commercial databases providing information regarding potential and current tenants.
The information you share with us will be used by MAS only to provide better service to our tenants. It may be used by building managers and superintendents exclusively to provide tenant services.
Your personal information may be used by MAS only. No information shall be disclosed to any third parties.
If you wish MAS™ not to store the data you provided, please send a request via the contact at MAS.com, to have your data deleted immediately from our servers.
