The group managed by Mr. Javaheri. is an experienced licensed California
Real Estate Broker who oversees acquisitions for MAS—targeting demand-driven
markets with strong job and population growth and pursuing joint venture
arrangements with strategic partners. Based on analysis of market conditions
and customer demand, the group seeks development opportunities of land
parcels owned by MAS and/or other private owners, as well as build-to-suit
opportunities.
The group also guides select dispositions within the
portfolio and oversees the company's commercial and residential investments.
